Life Long Tools You Want In Your Belt
During this healing journey and working with doctors I have gained great, practical, skills that anyone can and should incorporate into your daily routine. This is also a great space for others to share insight and tools that have helped them prioritize and improve their health! I will touch on many of these in more detail in future blogs!
| TOOLS: | WHAT THIS DOES: |
| Lymphatic Massage | This tool is used to help support drainage of the lymphatic system! Doing this helps our bodies utilize the natural drainage pathways and support detox and removal of toxins! – In small circular motion or light tapping spend 10-30 seconds massaging your lymphatic pathways (see blog for more details). Use a lotion or guasha to help! |
| Nebulize with Quick Silver | Using a nebulizer helps to remove black mold and fluid from your lungs! I have found this to be one of the most helpful tools to improve my breathing and support mold detox! (Both products are linked in the product page!) |
| Coffee Enemas | While this may be the strangest of tools I’ve gained, it is also my personal favorite. Doing a coffee enema helps support liver and gut detox and is great for removing parasites, heavy metals, and can help relief constipation or bloating. – Using an enema bag or pot brew 2 tablespoons coffee in 2 cups of water for 15 minutes, then mix with an additional 1-2 cups cold water.Wait for coffee too reach room temperature or slightly warmer and proceed with the enema. (Read my longer post on enemas under the blog page!) |
| Castor Oil Packs | Castor oil packs are a great way to support natural liver detox and drainage. I wear a castor oil pack for 30-60 minutes daily immediately before doing a coffee enema. Castor oil has benefits in supporting detox from toxins, parasites, and can act as a natural laxative. (See product page) |
| Breathing Techniques | Breathing techniques are one of the simplest and fastest ways to calm your central nervous system. I use these breathing tools to help with nausea, headaches, anxiety, and falling asleep. – Box breathing: breathe in for 4 seconds, hold for 4, breathe out for 4, and hold again for 4. – 4:7:8: this is my personal favorite breathing technique and is actually used by soldiers in combat. Breathe in for 4, hold for 7, and breathe out for 8. |
